Welcome to Willow Class (Year 3). Our Teacher is Miss Thornton.

Our wonderful homeork

Year 3 have already brought in some fantastic homework. One of their challenges was to create a hedgehog in anyway they wish. We have had some children make hedgehog cuddly toys, some make hedgehogs out of clay and even some hedgehog chocolate cake and bread. Yum!

Salvation Army visit

Thank you you to the Salvation Army who paid us a visit to teach us all about how they help people, linking to our RE topic 'Salvation'.

Welcome to Willow Class!

Tour of Britain

On the first Friday back at school after the summer holidays we were foruntate enough to see the cyclists taking part in the Tour of Britain zoom past our school.

It was very exciting!

Dogs Trust visit

Our reading cafe

We had an exciting workshop and assembly from the Dog's Trust. We learned lots about a dog's needs and how we can help to look after and keep dogs healthy and happy.

Thank you to all of the parents, grandparents and carers who came to our Year 3 reading cafe. We based our activities around the book 'The day the crayons quit'.
