Autumn Term- First half, 2018

During this half term we have incorporated our topic of Teeth and Eating in to curriculum areas such as literacy and science. We have been cooking with seasonal produce and have made apple pies and blackberry sponges. Our geography work has focused on ordnance survey maps.  We have decided a trip to Knettishall Heath in October, to do geocaching and map drawing will be a great finish to our learning.

Our guest teacher Ellie from T800 has been coaching us in crossfit. Enjoy the slide show with photos of our crossfit sessions.

We have been learning about place value and have been using up to 4-digit numbers in our calculations.

We are doing an author study of Michael Morpurgo.  Our class book is Kensuke's Kingdom.  Thank you to the parents who attended our reading cafe and enjoyed some activities to do with this fantastic adventure story.
