School Meals

Click here to view our school meals weekly menus.

Our cook is Miss Sparkes, helped by Mrs Adams. We are very proud of the delicious meals served in our school. Children can choose a hot meal on any day of the week, and can sign up for the alternative choice, or a baked potato with a choice of fillings if they wish. Children can also help themselves from the salad bar.

We are working to maintain Healthy School Status, and our own school meals follow the guidelines set by the County and Government. If you would like information on healthy packed lunches, please click here to view our packed lunch guidance.

Paying for school meals

School lunches cost £2.30 per day, £11.50 for a full week, and can be paid for online (see below), in cash, or by cheque. Cheques should be made out to 'All Saints Schools Trust'.

You can pre-pay for school lunches online by logging in to the SchoolMoney website.

Meals should be paid for in advance. If parents wish, they can pay half a term or a term ahead.

Free School Meals

As from September 2014, all children in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 are entitled to receive a free school lunch. All parents can opt for children to have a hot meal whenever they wish; the weekly menus can be viewed using the link at the top of the page.

If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2, please also click here to see the letter regarding Schools Pupil Premium Funding and return the form to the school office.

For pupils in other years, you can register for Free School Meals if you receive any of the following benefits:
Income Support; Job Seekers Allowance; Income Based Employment and Support Allowance;  Income Related Support under part V1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999, Child Tax Credit, provided you are not entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual income that does not exceed £16,190.
Guarantee element of State Pension Credit

By registering for free school meals you also benefit your child's school, as we will receive extra funding called 'Pupil Premium'. This helps provide direct subsidies for less well-off families, and extra facilities that can benefit all children, so if you feel that you might qualify, even if your child is already receiving a free lunch under the Government's Key Stage 1 scheme, please do apply.
